Here is an update. We just went through 50,000 square feet of printing. No damage or service. I would highly recommend! We print a large number of Structural Drawings Collections, packages from 10 to 100 pages. This is so cute! I print pretty much everything at 18" x 24". My previous HP printer dropped pages and took a long time to set up. Comes flat and organized. Print speed is very good, half of my HP and much quieter. Larger format inks seem very cheap to use, I've printed over 1500 pages and only need to replace the initial pack.
